Joined forces created Hestra

Hestra advokatbyrå AB was established on the 1st of October 2008 by a merger of the activities of the companies EBS Advokatbyrå AB, Advokatbyrå Behm AB and Denander & Grahl KB.

The aim is to take advantage of the knowledge and experience that is available within these companies and together develop services for the clients within the fields, where the companies have been active previously.

International and domestic business and finances

The lawyer Per-Hans Berg founded EBS Advokatbyrå AB in 1996. The law firm provides legal counseling within the field of Swedish and international business law, financial family law and general law. EBS Advokatbyrå AB also has a special focus on entertainment law and provides inhouse business management services for its clients.

General, family, labour and criminal law

Advokatbyrå Behm AB was founded in 1993 by the lawyer Monica Behm. Advokatbyrå Behm AB is mainly active in the fields labour law, family law, criminal law and general law.

Film, music and entertainment

Henry Denander, MBA, and the lawyer Stefan Grahl, founded Denander & Grahl KB in 1992 after several years in the record, music publishing and film industry working for Scandinavias then leading independent media company Sonet Media AB. Denander & Grahl KB offered financial and legal services for the entertainment industry.

The merged activities are run by the new company Hestra advokatbyrå AB. The company has an office in Stockholm in World Trade Center and an office in Gothenburg on Kyrkogatan 20-22. The staff consists of 15 employees altogether.
