Work environment and leave

The Work Environment Act and other legislation set high standards of health and safety at work, relating to both the physical environment and other measures to prevent ill health in the workplace. In the event of a work environment offence, for example (a breach of work environment legislation resulting in death, injury or danger), and in other situations too, we can help you to safeguard your rights.

In addition, employees are entitled to time off work and to rest breaks, as provided for example in the Working Hours Act, the Annual Leave Act and the Parental Leave Act.
